Fire Pics

The view from our side of the fence Sunday Morning
Poked my head through the fence and this is what I saw. The boat actually had a top on it.
What's left of their van
Dean took this one for me, cuz' I was too short to see over the fence. But this is what the lightning struck. That shed holds their lawn mower and all their gasoline. Praising God that it didn't get that far. It was raining very hard.

i am so glad that you didn't lose anything important, but why do you have to take the fence down?

We don't have to take the fence down. It was just a little charred on their side, but it's completely stable and the wood is fine. Because God sent the heavy rain it saved the fence.
Dean thought we'd have to take it down the night of the fire. It was so hot and burning so hard and when three of the boards came off, Dean figured he'd have to replace the fence. But we don, and we're happy. : )
